I get called Khat online due to my main OC I play that I play in FFXIV and its now just what I go by online since it's been years. I'm quite shy at first but then I don't shut up. I am disabled with a chronic pain illness so some days I'm quieter than usual. Likely pain medication has knocked me out.

Most importantly & I cannot stress this enough. My character is not me. I am not my character. When in game, I'm not in character at all. I am me. What my OC likes & dislikes does not necessarily reflect my own personal likes & dislikes. If my OC hates your OC that doesn't reflect my feelings for you/your OC. There is a line between OC and the person behind that character. So long as that can be respected then we are all good :)
I enjoy OOC discussions & chat! While not necessary I find I enjoy the RP more when we have fun bouncing ideas around and chatting about the RP etc. :D

To further elaborate on Discord RP. -Since it has been asked a few times-
Either myself or you -whichever you prefer.- would create a private server. There would be a main channel for the RP + any others like general etc. There would be no dedicated time set for when we RP with each other, it's more like forum style RP, reply as and when you're able to.
With how my health is this is the only way I can properly RP since I have no set schedule and everything is 'winging it'. Since I only do long term RP this is the most feasible for me. I don't have a million servers since Long Term Partners aren't easy to find.

History
Khat woke up one day in the shroud with nothing but basic clothes and a pearl drop earring... She didn't even know her own name. When asked she had to make one up on the spot. She was a cat right? So... Khat would do. Until she could remember... she suffered horrendous nightmares every time she slept, even light naps. If she didn't wake up screaming and crying, her friends had to wake her as she would simply scream everyone awake at night.People dead and dying. Monsters everywhere. Fire raining from the sky. Always she's screaming for Hades and Hythlodaeus... She had to find them. She needed to say good bye... Flashes in her nightmares of a peace and tranquility... white hair, striking golden eyes... a red mask... lavender hair and purple eyes... a white mask... a smile so bright and warm...But every time... every single time... she woke before she got to find them...
Through her adventures as the Warrior of Light she never told anyone the details of her dreams. Her friends had never heard of a Hades or Hythlodaeus. As time progressed the Warrior of Light became more and more depressed. However, she was quite capable in hiding her heavy burdens. It wasn't until she was taken by the Exarch, to another world that things changed for her. That's where she met Emet-Selch.

She wears a necklace or ring or bracelets (always one of the three depending on her outfit) with house Fortempts crest. A reminder of Haurchefant who died saving her life.
It was due to the loss of Haurchefant that her grief took over her for a moment and that was when she met Frey...

She has two best friends, Hawke and Kally. A Chocobo and Apkallu respectively. They are her travelling companions. Whom she is rarely without.
Both Hawke & Kally are protective of Khat, they have seen her at her best and her worst & always fight along side her. Hawke doesn't tend to like people and is bite-y, may or may not headbutt you if you upset Khat. Kally likes to headbutt and peck shins and feet. May or may not occasionally violently vomit fish at you...
Love, love, loves cooking! Khat enjoys cooking and baking, if she's making food she's happy! -She does also enjoy eating food as well as making it-
She has a house in the Lavender Beds that she tends to not see too much because she travels a lot. She does also feel alone quite a lot.
She loves to help people, if she's healing you though... you might -absolutely will- get told off for getting hurt in the first place. She cares, aggressively.
She travels to help people but she's also hoping she finds someone who possibly remembers her and might be able to tell her who the hell she is because she lost her memories.

Persephone or Persie as she tends to prefer from her friends, is the fourteenth seat on the convocation of fourteen. Holding the title of Azem. She always has a smile on her face, she radiates happiness not unlike the sun. Her best friends Hythlodaeus and Hades often worry about her when she is gone over long on one of her adventures. However she always returns, maybe slightly singed but she returns all the same. Usually with gifts too.When the final days came... she refused to help in the summoning's of either side. Due to her refusal to help the convocation she was essentially expelled. However she didn't do so without reason. She didn't believe this was the way they should go. So she left to try and find another way to save the star. She wouldn't give up on her home or her people.

Persephone created Chocobos. It started with just the one, whom she had as a Familiar she named Hawke... but the bright yellow feathers and adorable "Kweh!" sounds he made... well she figured more people should have have Bo in their life! Needless to say they were a hit and quite quickly got accepted and approved in Elpis.
She had no idea Hythlodaeus sacrificed himself for Zodiark. She was not in Amaurot at the time. She had gone to try and find another way to stop the Final Days.
The earring in her left ear is the pearl drop earring Hades gave her, he also gave one to Hythlodaeus. She is never without this.

History
For the most part, Zavu has only ever known Imperial rule within Ala Mhigo. She was a little too young to remember the time before that, all she knew was war then Imperials.
She like many others Enlisted into the army when she was able at just fifteen summers, her name changing from G'zavu Yhisa to Zavu oen Yhisa to be less 'savage' and to accommodate her new title as a Legionarius. She wanted to get her family citizenship in hopes it would stop them from being looked down on. Gaining citizenship didn't work as good as she had hoped, it helped, a little... but she wanted better for her family so she continued to grind. Putting blood, sweat and tears into working harder.
A year later, her father became sick and died, leaving her mother to look after her little brother alone while she worked as a soldier to earn a wage for them to live off. All of this fuelled her desire to succeed. For her dad, for her mum and for her little brother.
She worked and she worked. She became ruthless at just seventeen summers, it was a dog eat dog world and she wanted the best for her family. She would do whatever was necessary. This gained her the title of Quo. As a Centurio, a hundred soldiers at her command. It was during this time she felt comfortable. She was relatively happy. Able to provide for her mother and little brother well and they, because of her, got better treatment. It wasnt the best, but it was certainly better than it ever was.
During one of the routine leader visits, the Emperor had sent Prince Zenos to go with them, to give him experience and mostly of course, to show the men and women serving that the Emperor was always watching. It was at this time when she personally met Zenos.
He offered her to spar, she couldnt refuse... and he beat the ever living daylights out of her. She thought he was going to kill her but she certainly didnt go down without a fight and she had injured him in return.
They continued this over a few months, sparring until one or the other was unable to move, on occasion Zavu would beat him. Every time he would laugh and exclaim how thrilling it was that she was unafraid, she fought like her life depended on it, because it did, injuring him, she wasnt afraid to say things that were on her mind. She became his best friend. He wanted her as his personal guard. Wanted to keep her close. By eighteen summers, she was Zavuyhisa van Amicus.

Zenos got his way when he requested Zavu become Van despite it not being the done thing.
Zenos wanted to give her a Garlean last name, Amicus meaning friend. Due to this she merged her last name with her first name, she would never erase her father from her identity.
She gained the title of Pyr after becoming a Decurio. The soldiers she commanded in her small unit of ten feared her. Despite her small stature, she was fierce with an axe.
She met Zenos when he was eighteen and she was seventeen. She thought he was incredibly handsome, but he was the son of her oppressor, so would never admit it out loud. Not for a while anyway.
He knew from the moment his eyes connected with hers that she held not an onze of fear or hatred for him, she held nothing but curiosity about him. That was something he found incredibly intriguing. He kept a close eye on her during his visit. Before leaving he ordered her to accompany him for a 'little stroll'. She could not refuse the crown Prince's order, so was obedient and did as she was told. This was when he offered her to spar.
After the spar, It was then that Zenos decided she was his friend. She was incredibly confused but went along with it, after all she was a soldier. She only realised later, after becoming his personal guard that it was because he didnt have friends... or really anyone. His own father detested him. None of it was his fault other than... being born. She found it unfair. So was more than happy to reciprocate the strange friendship.

History
Ever since Anastasie could remember she wanted to be a Dragoon of Ishgard. Despite her mother saying it was 'unbecoming' of a Lady, she would practice with sticks. The moment she was able she enrolled to train properly. She was elated when she was finally given the title of 'Dragoon'. She had to fight with her parents to be allowed to serve at Camp Dragonhead rather than Camp Cloudtop. Her argument being, she didn't train hard to become a dragoon to avoid most of the battling and keeping people safe. Eventually she won and got her request. She served at Camp Dragonhead for two years before meeting the Warrior of Light.
She was absolutely enthralled by Khats sheer will power... When the war was over she felt a little lost. War was all she had known. Though the revelations of what her ancestors had done of course shook her to her core. When Haurchefant died, she decided she would follow Khat as a permanent member of her party.

Anya is what her friends and family call her for short.
Despite being a dragoon and involved in the war, slaying dragons, Anya is incredibly emotional and has a tendency to tear up and cry from happiness as well as sadness. She also cries when shes angry too. Though make no mistake, her tears are no weakness. Just because she wears her emotions on her sleeve, she is still formidable.
Always wears full length, easy to move in trousers underneath her dresses. Even on formal occasions. You never know when you might need to fight. On a similar subject, she can, will and does fight in heels if need be.

History
Ruuj like most Veena, spent her time in the villages within the forests surrounding the Skatay Range. Tending to the forest and making sure the young were looked after.
She too produced a child, however her child was male... She named her kit Alvis and she adored her baby more than anything. When her child hit puberty and it came to be that the kit was male, the closest Wood-Warder came and took him. She was utterly lost. Alvis' plea's to stay with his mother ran through her mind nonstop. Like someone had taken a piece of her heart.
She lasted a few days with her son gone, before packing her things and leaving. Becoming an outcast. She tracked down the Wood-Warder that took her son and got her boy back before the pair then left forest to find a new home elsewhere.
They found it quite homely in the Shroud and decided that would be where they call home.
They lived within the wilds of the Shroud for a fair few years until they met a friendly Miqo'te. After becoming fast friends they told her their story. The Miqo gave them a roof over their head and as much food as they could want in exchange for running the Inn for her while she was away doing her work around the star. She very happily took the offer, taking herself and her son there, they have lived there happily ever since.

Ruuj currently is in charge of running Khat's 'The Sleepy Chocobo Inn'. So she can frequently be found in Gridania and the surrounding Shroud as well of course as the Inn itself and the Lavender Beds.
Despite her being in charge of the Sleepy Chocobo, Ruuj is a strong fighter, using Chakrams and her dancing. She is always ready to be called to aid should Khat have need.

History
Alvis spent his childhood years with his mother in the forests with the other Viera. Of course once he hit puberty and a Wood-Warder came it was his time to leave too. However Alvis was not one for solitary, he much preferred the comfort of friends and family. People to see and talk to. So at just thirteen summers he did his best to plead with the Wood-Warder not to take him. With anyone who would listen to not make him go.
His mother, Ruuj stood and watched heartbroken as the Warder took him. The few days he spent with the Warder was trying to keep a brave face on. Not wanting to show weakness. However, when his mother showed up to get him he burst into tears, happy to see a familiar face. After he was returned to his mother, they left and found solace in the Shroud.
Now fully grown, Alvis is still a very social creature, so enjoys exploring and meeting new people. Though he does spend a lot of his time in the Shroud since that is where he works. He typically tends to the outdoor areas and stables of the Sleepy Chocobo Inn.

History
Veleda or Velly as her friends know her is the daughter of Syngiswerd.
Syngiswerd, her mother, was a well known and well loved samurai of the Sekiseigumi before she died. One of the few that civilians actually felt safe around rather than wary. She had earned a position of power within the Sekiseigumi and while some gave her the respect she deserved, she was quite disliked for it by some of her peers. Never the less she did her job and was proud at what she did. Eventually she was killed. Veleda believed this to have been an inside job. That someone in the Sekiseigumi who didnt like her mother had her killed or murdered her themselves.
Veleda adored her mother and aspired to be just like her ever since she was a little girl and had become a Sekiseigumi the moment she was able to. She even worked under her mother in her squadron.
Veleda had a tough time of it. While some respected her because of her mother, others hated her for it and then the ones who hated her mother hated her twice as much. Though with a lot of determination, hard work and even more blood and sweat, she earned the respect of some of the naysayers. Upon her mothers death, which she did not take well at all, she inherited her sword. While she still works for the Sekiseigumi, she has lost the respect she once had for them and only stayed to try and find who killed her mother. Though once they found out she was hunting for the truth she had to flee Kugane as she was going to be next.
She took the first ship to Eorzea. Unfortunately, the ship encountered a nasty storm and the ship was destroyed. She floated on debris for a few days before passing out and then waking up on unknown shores.
